I am an Animal Behaviourist and Dog Trainer. I have experience in handling all breeds of dogs. I can help you train your dog for behavioural problems, general training, gun dog training and obedience training, all at affordable prices.
Along with my training classes, I also specialise in working with dogs with behaviour problems including aggression. The initial consultation of up to 2 hours, will normally take place in your own home.
My training sessions are held in the Village Hall, Fosdyke, Boston and Moulton Community Centre, Spalding. More details of other venues are available on request.
Types of training available:
- Training to counteract behaviour problems including anger control
- Basic obedience to Advanced Level (as in Competition Obedience)
- Courses leading to Kennel Club Good Citizen Awards in Bronze, Silver and Gold
- Puppy Foundation Classes for socialisation and basic obedience (daytime and evening classes)
- Obedience for fun including - scent discrimination, send away, heelwork to music (not competition level), clicker training
- Gun Dog training for fun or for working dogs to keep them happy when not working - this includes things such as stop on the whistle, recall to the whistle, steadiness on the gun (starter pistol) and more

I am currently working for Accreditation to the Kennel Club Scheme for Instructors.I have also taught Canine Studies to City & Guilds at Shuttleworth Agricultural College, taught Obedience Training at Life Long Learning Centre in Spalding and have given demonstrations at County shows and Canine Event Days.Another interest of mine is the Charity Pets as Therapy for whom I carry out assessments as to the suitability of a dog to take up this occupation.
