Dog training classes in Lincolnshire
Chestnut Lodge Dog Training offers small, relaxed group training sessions across a range of activities, including basic pet obedience, Kennel Club Good Citizen Test training, puppy training and socialisation, and gun dog training for either work or enjoyment. At least two Kennel Club Good Citizen Tests are held each year, although there is no pressure to take part.
My Border Collies have been trained and have competed in obedience, agility and sheepdog trials. My Golden Retrievers have also taken part in competitive obedience and agility, as well as being trained to work in the field. They have also given demonstrations at county shows and large canine events.
I have studied Animal Behaviour at Southampton University and offer consultations for owners who are concerned about their pet’s behaviour. Bespoke training is available, with ongoing support provided where needed.
Understanding dogs, and helping owners better understand their own dogs, has been my commitment for the past 20 years. Even so, there is always more to learn. I welcome all enquiries by email or telephone.
